And before you get on your high horse and are offended, the murder stands for a flock of crows. I’m a Baltimore Ravens fan, but a flock of ravens is called an “unkindness”. Not very catchy. So murder it is.

I was a forester for 31 years in New England, New York (upstate), and Pensyltucky. I spent 25+ hours a week in the woods with my two dogs, marking proper thinnings of timberlands. Pretty cool, or cold, or sweating. 

Now I’d like to make ends meet by sharing the beauty of Western North Carolina and the Blue Ridge Mountains with you. Actually, I just like calling myself and artist and getting away with eccentric behavior.
